Software for Hack Billing

I've been in a lot of googling to find this software blog, because I read the thread they are managed to download this software but can not be extracted because they were given passwords and to get the password they have to pay an amount not less.
This is not my homemade software but I get this software for free and I will give for free as well.
How to use :
1.Once completed downlad, extract the file into any existing directory on your computer.
2.Run HACK BILL.exe 
3. Select SINGLE CLIENT and enter the server IP 
4. Click HaCK NOW, wait until it says CONNECTAnd now TARAAA .. your name on the list still exists but the cost of billing you simply pay the first price of entry (may be repeated)
